How I work
01

Buildable PRDs.

I read ROS logs and approve schematics. My specs survive contact with engineering — and engineering trusts me when I say "we're shipping this."

Customer site is the source of truth.

I've shipped at customer factories on three continents. My roadmap reflects what works on the plant floor — not what reads well in a deck.

03

Decisions over features.

I keep a decision log. I'd rather say no in week 1 than ship the wrong thing in week 12. The hardest call I've made was holding L&T to three standard payload trims when procurement wanted bespoke.

Joined Flo as an Intern (Dec 2020), moved through Project Head, then ran the company as Product Operations Manager. Scaled the autonomous fleet 0→45+ units across 10+ cities at 95%+ uptime. Led two 0→1 commercial product launches with a 4-engineer team: Autonomous Lawnmower (Nov 2021–Apr 2023, 10+ units, 1st commercial product) and Material Movement Robot (Apr 2023–Apr 2025, 35+ units across 10+ Indian cities). Built a Robot Fleet Management System in ReactJS with a 2-engineer dev team and shipped a trip-data analytics platform. Customers: L&T, Godrej Properties, Sobha, K2K.
